  1. A law about sexual harassment specifically in a learning environment could actually give school-going victims of sexual harassment some ground to fight their case on. Just as soon as they actually get a law on sexual harassment IN GENERAL in place…!

  2. agreed. now it’s only a “CODE OF PRACTICE” that is “enforced” in government agencies which means that women in the private sector are techincally unprotected as it is up to the companies to adpot it. JAG has been lobbying for the past dunno how many donkey years for a law.
